As a Transaction Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the efficient processing of transactions, events, or data within a functional team. This involves time-sensitive, complex, or regulated tasks that require collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely completion of transactions, including relevant controls, within your area of responsibility.
  • Apply all internal and external policies, guidelines, and requirements of regulators and agreed SLAs, KRIs, and/or KPIs, as well as quality measures.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to provide a point of contact for time-sensitive, complex, or regulated tasks.
  • Contribute to product/function development to ensure a superior offering in response to changing client needs and market trends.
  • Elevate operational, regulatory, and other risks to line manager and functional leads, contributing to the development and implementation of mitigation or control solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively within your team, providing support and guidance to colleagues to foster an environment of continuous improvement.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in one or more specific technical areas, with reconciliations experience being an added advantage.
  • Product and system knowledge in the product line.
  • Basic analytical skills, flexible regarding production problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and local language (written/verbal).
  • Ability to work in virtual teams and matrix organizations.
  • Excellent team worker, able to work in virtual global teams and matrix organizations.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments, keep pace with technical innovation, and maintain a broad understanding of the business.
  • Open-minded, able to share information, transfer knowledge, and expertise to team members.
Desirable Skills
  • Reconciliation, TLM, Trade Lifecycle, Domain Knowledge - Investment Bank.
Requirements
  • Any Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of experience working with data in a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
