Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Creative Mentor to join our team and play a key role in shaping the educational experience of our students. As a Creative Mentor, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring students in their creative pursuits, developing and delivering educational content, providing feedback on student projects, and collaborating with other educators to enhance the learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and delivering educational content that is engaging, relevant, and aligned with our curriculum goals.
  • Mentoring students in their creative pursuits, providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback.
  • Collaborating with other educators to enhance the learning experience and ensure consistency across all aspects of the program.
  • Conducting workshops and fostering a supportive online learning environment.
  • Providing regular progress updates and reporting on student achievements.

Requirements:

To be successful as a Creative Mentor, you will need to possess a strong background in creative arts, liberal arts, or a related field. You should also have experience in mentoring, teaching, or educational content development, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you will need to be able to provide constructive feedback and support to students, work independently, and adapt to a remote working environment.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in a remote or online education setting.
