Job Title: Visual Creative Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Visual Creative Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing engaging brand visuals, marketing campaigns, and product creatives.

  • You will develop and maintain visual guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Work on a wide range of creative requirements: digital ads, social media graphics, website visuals, packaging, and merchandise.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to bring ideas to life.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field from a reputable design school.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, typography, layout, and digital graphics.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent).
  • Understanding of color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or animation.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles.
