UX Designer Role Overview

This is a role where you will be responsible for designing user experiences that are intuitive and engaging. You will facilitate workshops to gather requirements and present design solutions to senior stakeholders with clear reasoning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply design thinking methodologies to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs aligned with business and user needs.
  • Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions with stakeholders to understand requirements, ideate solutions, and validate outcomes.
  • Presentation of design concepts and decisions confidently to senior leaders and stakeholders, supported by clear rationale and user insights.
  • Contribution to established design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
  • Conducting user interviews, usability testing, and other research activities to gather insights and validate design solutions.
Qualifications:
  • 4–6 years of professional experience in UX design (enterprise, product, or digital solutions).
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, Miro, and prototyping techniques.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, processes, and usability standards.
  • Proven experience in conducting user interviews, usability testing, and synthesizing findings into actionable design recommendations.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and storytelling abilities, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional, agile environments.
  • Adaptability, problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and openness to feedback.
