Job Title: Assistant Manager Finance Account

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our finance team as an Assistant Manager Finance Account. This role will be responsible for verifying and accounting bank payment entries, preparing NEFT letters, and maintaining dashboards for university overhead income and professional development fund.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify and account bank payment entries
  • Prepare bank NEFT letters and obtain signatures from authorized persons
  • Maintain dashboards for university overhead income and professional development fund
Additional Duties:
  • Close all journal entries and other accounting entries monthly
  • Prepare monthly cash books with closing cash on hand
  • Reconcile students refunds, vehicle loan EMI payments, and PF, ESI, professional tax, TDS payments
Requirements:
  • Strong accounting knowledge
  • Excellent excel, word, and ERP skills
  • Good communication skills
