Job Title: Financial Accountant Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Accountant Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in accounting or bookkeeping looking to further develop their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and efficiently resolve any discrepancies.
  • Assist with day-to-day accounting functions, including data entry and financial reporting.
  • Support the bookkeeping process, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) to track and analyze financial data.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a finance-related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly with pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks and SAP is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
