Job Overview

  • This position is a critical member of our HR team, responsible for driving strategic people initiatives and promoting business growth.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our global people operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR leadership, with experience in global people operations, HR digitization, compensation and benefits, succession planning, and culture transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth and success.
  • Lead global people initiatives, including HR digitization, C&B strategy, succession planning, and culture transformation.
  • Partner with regional HR heads to drive HR programs and ensure consistency across geographies.
  • Analyze HR data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required. MBA/PGDM in HR or related field from a Tier 1 institution preferred.
  • Certification in Digital HR, HR Analytics, or Change Management is a plus.
