Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Job Overview

A strategic leader is responsible for driving HR initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and supporting organizational growth.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead and mentor a lean team of professionals, setting clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), balancing workloads, and driving accountability.
  2. Oversee global mobility and travel operations: visas, deputations, travel policy compliance, and cost control.
  3. Own HR policy governance, audit readiness, and end-to-end HR administration (payroll, statutory filings, onboarding/offboarding).
  4. Champion employee experience: office amenities, wellness programs, pulse surveys, and rapid-response action plans to boost engagement and reduce turnover.
  5. Develop and execute culture-building strategy—design targeted initiatives, workshops, and recognition programs to enhance employee satisfaction.
  6. Embed company values through team-led workshops, leadership forums, and signature events (Annual Day, Fun Fridays).
  7. Design and approve total-rewards framework: salary cycles, incentives, spot awards, and equity communications.
  8. Prioritize and review Learning & Development: company curriculum, certification tracking, and impact reporting.
  9. Drive Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy and employer branding in collaboration with Talent Acquisition on social media and campus outreach.
  10. Own Talent Acquisition and HR governance: sourcing, screening, offers, recruitment metrics, complex escalations, HRIS data integrity, and HR-tech optimizations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized university or institution.
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and analyze HR and people performance for data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with working knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) such as SuccessFactors or Workday.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate, influence, and engage effectively at all organizational levels to drive results.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
