Job Title:

- Senior Project Coordinator: Lead cross-functional teams through complex projects from inception to delivery. Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.

- Team Collaboration: Foster open communication and collaboration among stakeholders, developers, and vendors to drive optimal solutions.

- Process Governance: Establish and maintain processes aligned with organizational best practices and data governance policies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

- Resource Allocation: Effectively manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and materials.

- Cycle Management: Drive the project lifecycle, ensuring timely completion and delivering high-quality results.

- Service Delivery: Ensure seamless handoffs between phases and work closely with clients to meet their needs.

- Benchmarking & Analytics: Analyze project performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize future projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Background: At least 5 years of experience in managing large-scale Salesforce projects with a focus on process optimization and team leadership.

- Salesforce Expertise: Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, workflows, and Process Builder.

- Core Knowledge: In-depth understanding of core Salesforce platforms, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud.

- Methodology: Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

- Certification: Salesforce certifications are highly valued.

- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
