Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Respond, diagnose, and resolve customer support queries via phone, email, and chat;
  • Maintain high response and resolution speed as defined by Service Level Objective (SLO/s);
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction scores and adhere to quality standards in 90% of cases;
  • Utilize existing knowledge base to provide a customer-facing root cause assessment; and
  • Provide a customer-facing bug progress summary using available tools and platforms.
Key Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Typing skill with a minimum speed of 60-80 WPM;
  • Troubleshooting experience: diagnosing and resolving complex issues with SOP documents;
  • Support experience: familiarity with support methodologies, case lifecycles, and analytical skills for breaking down issues;
  • Knowledge of ticketing tools and ITIL;
Bonus Skills:
  • At least 6 months of experience in infrastructure, storage, and service desk roles;
  • Hands-on experience with Google products, including Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gemini app, Notebook LLM, Keep, Sites, Forms, and Appsheet;
  • Google Workspace Administrator certification is highly advantageous.
