Job Description

As a Training Specialist in Amazon's Last Mile learning team, you will play a pivotal role in boosting the competencies of our employees by developing and conducting effective training programs. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance employee workplace performance in conjunction with our company's core values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Boost Employee Competencies: Develop and conduct training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge, thereby enhancing their overall performance.
  • Supervise Learning Metrics: Oversee the implementation and results of structured learning metrics for assigned territories and regions.
  • Live Performance Metrics Management: Manage live performance metrics end-to-end for assigned territories.
  • Learning Session Conducting: Conduct learning sessions on new processes as well as Best Quality Measurement (BQM) through ITL or digital learning as per requirements.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Maintain data analysis through reports on Excel as per business requirements.
  • New Hire Training Program Completion: Ensure timely completion of new hire training programs, coaching, and other performance improvement programs.
  • Process Compliance and Gap Fixing: Partner with operations leaders to conduct station audits and fix process compliance gaps on an immediate basis.
  • Certification of Learning Coaches: Identify and certify learning coaches.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service and project handling will be beneficial.
  • Language Skills: Ability to translate content into regional languages will be an asset.
  • Data Support: Provide support to existing data management through analysis and accurate reporting.
  • Presentation Skills: Capability to present intricate information to various audiences.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Educational Background: Graduate in any field.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent organization and interpersonal skills are essential.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven Experience: Proven 2+ years of experience as a Training Specialist/Trainer in a similar role.
  • Good Communication Skills: Good communication skills are necessary.
  • Local Language Knowledge: Knowledge of the local language (Kannada) to interact with the ground team will be beneficial.

Estimated Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum based on qualifications and location.
