**Job Role:** Corporate Training Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Training Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our learning and development department, you will be responsible for coordinating training programs, initiatives, and other related activities.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Training Coordination:
* Coordinate training programs and initiatives across the organization, ensuring timely and effective delivery.* Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop high-quality training content that addresses the specific needs of various departments and teams.* Manage logistics such as scheduling, materials preparation, and participant communications.
- Project Support:
* Assist in the planning, execution, and post-delivery evaluation of training programs and initiatives.* Support the development of project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for training initiatives, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule.* Provide administrative support to cross-functional teams to ensure the successful rollout of programs across the organization.
A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience in corporate training coordination or a related role, is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are also essential. Estimated salary range is $60,000-$75,000 annually.
