About the Role

CloudHire is seeking a highly skilled Investor Relations Manager to support our Chairman and MD in fulfilling our mission of providing best-in-class information and insight to both external and internal audiences.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and corporate access teams to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Prepare and execute quarterly results statements, conference call scripts, Q&As, presentations, and press releases to keep stakeholders informed of our performance.
  • Design and execute key investor seminars, conferences, and road shows to promote our company and attract new investors.
  • Prepare and update presentations and communications materials for investor and analyst meetings, as well as for internal stakeholders.
  • Manage the production of the Annual and Sustainability report to provide transparent insights into our operations and goals.
  • Monitor analyst coverage and estimates of our company, as well as peer companies and the industry, to stay ahead of the market.
  • Manage the investor relations calendar to ensure timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Update investor relations information on our corporate website to provide easy access to relevant data and insights.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business or economics and a minimum of three years of experience in a relations management or customer relationship role.

  • Bachelor's degree in business or economics preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of business experience as a relations manager or customer relationship experience.
  • Proven analytical abilities and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Swedish.
  • Computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to travel in India and abroad.
