A Key Role in Promoting Cord Blood Banking and Stem Cell Applications

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Relationship Executive. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual to make a meaningful contribution to our mission.

  • About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting diagnostics and various services, generating prescriptions, and engaging with doctors, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • This role involves meeting with doctors to discuss the benefits of Cord blood banking and stem cell applications, as well as visiting hospitals, nursing homes, and other relevant centers for lead generation and diagnostic business.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with officials and facilitate interactions with expectant parents.
Key Responsibilities
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Meeting with doctors to discuss the benefits of Cord blood banking and stem cell applications.
  • Promoting diagnostics and various services introduced by us and generating prescriptions.
  • Visiting Hospitals, Nursing Homes, and other relevant centers for lead generation and diagnostic business. Building relationships with officials to establish tie-ups.
  • Meeting front office personnel of Hospitals, Nursing homes, and Attendants of Doctors to build good relations and facilitate interactions with expectant mothers as well as selling other products and services.
  • Placing Drop boxes and flier stands at strategic places inside doctor's chambers and Hospitals.
  • Refilling the drop boxes and Flier stands with fliers.
  • Counselling at doctor chambers and Hospitals to generate leads.
  • Reporting daily activities and leads generations through CRM on daily basis.
  • Calling on counselling and referral to generate client presentations.
  • Meet prospective clients at their desired place and provide free presentations on stem cell banking and other services.
  • Enrolling expected clients, complete documentations, collect payments from clients, and updating the same on CRM portal immediately.
  • On receiving phone call from the client inform the logistic support the date, time, and place of delivery.
  • Providing information on competition and other relevant data as asked for.
