Job Role:

This role is designed for a finance professional with a strategic mindset to facilitate seamless collaboration between the finance function and controllership teams.

  • Develop in-depth understanding of the business, cost drivers, and functions through data-driven trend analysis for operational metrics, focusing on improving the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement while highlighting key insights to leadership.
  • Create processes for new initiatives and enhance existing ones, emphasizing governance and cost leakage.
  • Prepare, manage, and publish business scorecards and Management Information System (MIS).
  • Close Monthly MIS by reconciling MIS and book of accounts.
  • Manage stakeholders and collaborate closely with Controllership and Business Finance team.
  • Ensure weekly dashboards are completed for weekly and monthly reviews.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • 0-2 years of experience post Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification (CA qualification is mandatory).
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheet skills and good business acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong financial modeling and presentation skills.
  • Previous experience as Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is desired; experience in a start-up would be preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL would be beneficial.
