About Us

To address this challenge, we need to break down financial products into their fundamental building blocks and offer them as APIs to businesses. This approach enables them to create highly custom apps for their specific customers, instead of a generic one-size-for-all approach.

This also allows them to go live with a fintech product or service in a matter of days, not months.

Our goal is to make fintech a core part of every company's offering. As a key member of our Business Finance team, you will drive strategic financial insights and support key decision-making across Setu and Pine Labs.

This role involves delivering profitability insights, understanding revenue-cost dynamics, and enabling growth through close collaboration with business and leadership teams.

You will spend your time:

  • Developing and maintaining management reports covering financial flows, revenue, expenses, etc., and supporting budgeting and forecasting.
  • Analysing and optimising pricing strategies to maximise profitability and market competitiveness, in alignment with business objectives.
  • Providing leadership with deep insights on actual performance, including variance and trend analysis.
  • Driving visibility into financial performance; identifying and implementing gap-closing strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Analysing revenue and cost metrics, and working with functional teams to enhance revenue and reduce costs.
  • Delivering ongoing reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and operational metrics.
  • Analysing trends in KPIs related to financial metrics like sales, expenditures, and profit margin.
  • Implementing business intelligence tools and creating dashboard reports for strategic decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • Qualifications: Chartered Accountant with at least 5 years of work experience, including experience in business finance/financial planning and analysis.
  • Industry experience: Experience in financial services, payments, or fintech is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to deliver independently with limited supervision, and the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate insights effectively.
