Service Management Expert Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned Service Management Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch support for Service Management in a high-pressure banking environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Compliance and Governance:
  • Ensure adherence to PCI DSS, SWIFT, and local banking regulator requirements
  • ITIL Operations:
  • Operate under ITIL processes (Incident/Change/Problem/Knowledge)
  • Troubleshooting and Support:
  • Troubleshoot incidents, manage approved changes, and participate in DR/BCP drills
  • Root Cause Analysis:
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes
  • Configuration and Scheduling:
  • Tune configurations and schedule jobs to optimize performance and reliability
  • Vendor Coordination:
  • Coordinate vendor TAC cases, firmware/patch planning, and validate post-change health
  • Documentation and Communication:
  • Strong documentation, runbook hygiene, and clear communication with stakeholders
  • Support Mindset:
  • Ownership mindset with readiness for 24x7 support and on-call rotation

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Service Management (L2), 8+ years (L3)
  • Expertise in ServiceNow/BMC:
  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow/BMC
