Job Title: SCM Presales and Solutions Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned expert to leverage their expertise in presales, solutioning, and consulting for large-scale supply chain outsourcing engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct due diligence and process maturity assessments with customers to build strong business cases for outsourcing.
  • Develop compelling responses to RFPs/RFIs, create winning value propositions, and articulate supply chain service offerings.
  • Present and defend solutions with confidence during client discussions.
  • Prepare FTE estimations, location strategies, transformation roadmaps, transition plans, and support SOW creation and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams and provide support during transition to steady state.
  • Collaborate with other service lines to build integrated value propositions in large, multi-service deals.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8-15 years of experience in presales/solutioning roles within Supply Chain (Sourcing & Procurement).
  • Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA with specialization in Supply Chain Management or related fields.
  • Strong background in solution design, deal structuring, and implementation of large SCM engagements.
  • Good understanding of direct and indirect sourcing categories across industries.
  • Experience in outcome-based/gain-share solution models.
  • Familiarity with leading SCM tools such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Ariba, Coupa.
