Role Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have at least 18 years of experience, with a strong background in leading ServiceNow practice teams. They should possess industry expertise, including knowledge of market trends, competition, challenges, and opportunities.

Skill Requirements:

  • Proficiency in ServiceNow's ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of various products, platforms, and offerings
  • Experience handling global responsibility across multiple regions
  • Ability to manage P&L and drive delivery
