Job Description:

As a skilled interior designer, you will be responsible for transforming spaces into masterpieces by providing creative and precise solutions. Your expertise will be sought after to transform the interior of homes and commercial spaces.

You will work closely with clients to assess their needs and preferences, then use your creativity to design and deliver stunning interiors that exceed expectations. Your attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively will be key in ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the sales process and driving successful project outcomes
  • Ensuring exceptional customer experience throughout the project lifecycle
  • Leading and owning the quality and accuracy of design deliverables
  • Managing end-to-end project lifecycles from concept to completion

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduation or relevant diploma in a field related to interior design
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an interior designer
  • Led and delivered a minimum of 5-6 residential projects
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools, including PPT presentation and AutoCAD
  • Design expertise in conceptual design, technical design, modular design, and civil works & services
  • Project expertise in creating BoQs for customers, coordinating with internal & external agencies
  • Sales expertise in closing deals through logical and trusted sales pitches, driving and leading design meetings with customers
  • Behavioural attributes of result-oriented, teamwork, integrity & ethics, crisp & meaningful communication
