">Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of design trends, techniques, and best practices to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Guide and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and design guidance to help them grow professionally.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.
">Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in design/visualisation, preferably in an agency setup.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, social media design, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Ability to take feedback positively and refine ideas quickly.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to balance creativity with functionality.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
