Visual Storyteller

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Visual Storyteller. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience.

  • The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field and proven working experience as an Art Director would be preferable.
  • The successful candidate must have proficiency in design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present ideas to team members and stakeholders.
  • Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions.
  • Train, assign, schedule, and coach employees.
  • Resolve operational problems and identify work process improvements.
  • Select and secure illustrative material by formulating basic layout design concepts and conducting research.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Good work ethics and calm attitude
  • Preferable- Graduate/Postgraduate (B.Des/M.Des) from NIFT
  • Proven working experience as Art Director
  • Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design
  • Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well
  • Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Relevant education or training
