Junior Graphic Designer Position

We are seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to support our design and content teams with creative skills and attention to detail.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build a solid foundation in visual storytelling and gain exposure to client campaigns, branding, and social media assets.

The successful candidate will assist in designing visuals for digital platforms, support the development of social media graphics, client decks, print materials, and digital ads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging visuals for digital platforms under the guidance of senior designers.
  • Develop social media graphics, client decks, print materials, and digital ads in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Learn and apply brand guidelines consistently to ensure consistency in visual storytelling.
  • Participate in brainstorms to contribute creative ideas in internal design and campaign planning meetings.
  • Maintain proper documentation and storage of ongoing project assets.
  • Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to ensure timely asset delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or final-year student).
  • 0–1 year of experience (internships or freelancing considered).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva or other design tools.
  • Understanding of visual balance, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to learn, take feedback positively, and grow professionally.
