As a Program Lead, you will be a key member of the teams driving end-to-end AI and analytics solutions for global clients. With a focus on data engineering and application engineering, you will collaborate with internal data science teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive problem discovery, scoping, program management, delivery, and requirements elicitation using business acumen and technology understanding.
  • Translate solutions requirements to technical architects, review solution design & estimation, and coordinate program delivery.
  • Measure and articulate the value of solutions developed to drive adoption by business teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in program delivery, project planning, and tracking in agile and waterfall paradigms.

• Proficiency in working with different source systems, including cloud, on-premise, classical RDBMS, big-data, and NoSQL.

• Strong team management and client stakeholder management skills.

• 8-14 years of relevant experience, with some hands-on development experience.
