Job Summary:

The key responsibility of this role is to oversee project delivery, ensuring timely completion and meeting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, adhering to schedules and budgets.
  • Conduct thorough technical due diligence, reviewing drawings and BOQs for projects.
  • Develop procurement plans, coordinating with consultants, architects, and vendors.
  • Ensure attention to detail and adherence to quality standards throughout the construction process.
  • Provide constructability reviews and recommend mitigation measures during pre-construction and construction stages.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, documenting minutes and risk mitigation plans as needed.
  • Utilize construction management tools/software efficiently.

Skillset Required:

  • Strong working knowledge of commercial projects and aptitude in client-centric operations.
  • Background in team management.
  • Excellent research skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in project management within the fit-out industry.
  • Relevant degree, preferably in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Full-time education required.

Nature of Work:

  • This role involves extensive travel, potentially including other cities.
