Software Development Project Lead

At a rapidly evolving tech firm, we are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to oversee high-priority web and mobile projects. As a key member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to lead cross-functional teams from initiation to project completion.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in managing technical projects within scope, budget, and quality standards. Your expertise should include proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Lead technical project teams on complex initiatives
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, resources, and expenditures
- Ensure timely delivery, meeting quality and scope expectations
- Facilitate effective communication between departments
- Coordinate client meetings, document decisions, and manage expectations
- Identify risks, handle issues, and implement changes as needed
Key qualifications for the Technical Project Manager position:
- Background in software development with coding experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in leading technical projects from start to finish
