Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our Oracle Utilities implementation team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role involves working directly with clients to implement Oracle's Customer Experience for Utilities (CX4U) solution for high call volume call centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the successful delivery of project deliverables, aligning business value with client expectations.
  • Create and maintain project management artifacts, such as project plans and JIRA boards, to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
  • Track risks and issues, facilitate problem resolution, and manage issue escalation in a timely manner.
  • Provide regular project status updates and debriefs to stakeholders on a weekly basis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Oracle product teams, developers, testers, and project managers.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment.
  • Provide go-live and post-implementation support to ensure solution effectiveness.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a project manager, preferably in the utilities domain.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in the utilities industry.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, including waterfall and agile.
  • Experience leading projects using standard project management tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to lead teams, promote effective communication, resolve conflicts, and handle priorities.
  • Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills and a keen interest in delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • 4+ years of experience working in the utilities industry.
  • Experience working in call center environments.
  • Knowledge of Oracle utilities products.
  • Experience in full-cycle Oracle Utilities implementations or upgrades.
