Quality Assurance Director Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Director to lead our quality systems across R&D and pilot stages, ensuring first-time-right, scalable product designs.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developmental Quality Assurance function across the JVL-R&D & Development Quality of new products, including DQA & Lab-Analytical assurance.
  • They will set up processes for new products at R&D and Pilot stage to pass through a robust stage gate system, ensuring right first-time quality of products designed, which are commercially viable and scalable.
  • Designing experiments, DOE, hypothesis studies to conduct experiments with R&D and Technology teams is a key responsibility.
  • Developing protocols for experiments, processes, studying robustness, evaluating process performance between R&D to Pilot plant and site level is crucial.
  • The role requires playing a key part in technology transfer from R&D to Pilot plant and Site level, sharing necessary documents and ensuring QA-tech transfer to sites.
  • Managing overall DQA & Kilo Lab budget, hiring, and retention of talent is essential.
  • E nsuring compliance of SOPs, Policies, standards, guidelines, regulatory, and customer requirements is vital.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We require an M.Sc/M.Pharma-Chemistry qualified individual with 16-24 years of experience in API/Intermediate/Fine Chemical Industry.

  • A sound knowledge of Fine chemical, DQA is must with good knowledge of product development at R&D stage.
