About this role:

As a seasoned finance expert, you will oversee all financial operations and provide strategic support to drive sustainable growth.

The ideal candidate will lead the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS and internal policies. They will also ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads.
  • Prepare and monitor forecasts, variance analysis, and financial planning models.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize cost control and enhance revenue growth.
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, payroll, fixed assets, and cash management.
  • Implement and improve internal financial controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage accounting team members and ensure accurate financial reconciliations.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity positions.
  • Work closely with banks and financial institutions for treasury operations, credit facilities, and investments.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Support risk assessment initiatives and ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of experience in accounting and financial management, including at least 3-5 years in a leadership or controller role.
  • Proven experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local taxation laws.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Tally) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
