Business Intelligence Solutions Lead

The position involves leading a team of BI developers and automation specialists to create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI.

A successful candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to drive insights, streamline processes, and shape our data-driven future.

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in BI/Analytics, with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI, Power Apps, and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Hands-on experience with Python for automation or data engineering tasks.
  • Solid understanding of Azure cloud services related to data (e.g., Azure SQL, Data Factory, Logic Apps).
  • Proficiency in SQL for complex query writing and database management.
  • Experience with Python for data processing, automation, and advanced analytics.
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver enterprise-scale solutions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Intelligence Solutions Lead to lead and expand our Business Intelligence and Automation team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a vision for scalable automation across the organization.

This role will be instrumental in driving insights, streamlining processes, and shaping our data-driven future. A successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-impact automation and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of BI developers and automation specialists.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI.
  • Guide development of Power Apps and custom business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Drive the use of Python for data processing, automation, and machine learning use cases.
  • Manage and optimize Azure-based data solutions (Azure SQL, Data Factory, Synapse, etc.).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-impact automation and analytics opportunities.
  • Evaluate and implement other BI tools and technologies as needed to enhance the analytics ecosystem.
  • Establish a roadmap to scale BI and automation solutions across the organization.
  • Ensure data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest BI trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the team's solutions remain cutting-edge.
  • Track KPIs to measure BI adoption, performance, and ROI.
