About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Insight Analyst with strong expertise in networking and IT operations.

This role involves analyzing product usage data, market trends, and customer insights to drive data-backed product decisions. You will work closely with product management, engineering, QA, and customer success teams to enhance product capabilities and deliver value to enterprise IT teams.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals transitioning from roles in vulnerability assessment, solution engineering, or pre-sales engineering who are looking to build a career in product management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Research & Analysis :
    • Analyze product usage, customer feedback, and support data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities.
    • Conduct competitive and market research to stay updated on emerging technologies in networking and IT Ops.
    • Translate insights into actionable product recommendations, feature ideas, and business cases.
  • Requirements Gathering & Documentation :
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business needs and user requirements.
    • Develop detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
    • Earn technical feasibility and alignment with product vision and roadmap.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration :
    • Work closely with engineering teams to support feature development and timely releases.
    • Coordinate with QA teams to define and validate testing strategies.
    • Partner with customer-facing teams to understand pain points and identify enhancements.
  • Data-Driven Product Decisions :
    • Build and maintain dashboards for tracking KPIs such as product adoption, performance, and availability.
    • Conduct root cause analysis of product issues and recommend solutions.
    • Use analytics to measure the impact of product changes and releases.

Qualifications & Skills

Required :

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or related roles in IT/SaaS/networking.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Preferred / Good to Have :

  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, network monitoring tools, ITSM processes, and incident/change management workflows.
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and automation tools.
  • Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Prior experience in a product company serving enterprise IT teams.
  • Background in vulnerability assessment or pre-sales/solution engineering.
  • Understanding of AI-driven analytics, anomaly detection, or automation tools.
