AI Automation & Analytics Specialist Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead initiatives in building automation solutions, analytics dashboards, and insights-driven tools across core practice areas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing analytics models and dashboards to track, visualize, and interpret data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop data-driven frameworks that deliver actionable insights for partners, clients, and internal teams.
  • Create real-time reporting and process transparency for transaction-related activities.
  • ID opportunities to streamline workflows using AI-driven tools and process automation.
  • Design, test, and deploy automation solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Serve as an innovation catalyst—constantly researching, experimenting, and proposing new ways AI/analytics can enhance client advisory and internal operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope, pilot, and scale AI-led solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong foundation in data analytics, business intelligence tools, and automation platforms.
  • Exposure to financial, legal, or compliance-related processes is a plus.
  • Curiosity-driven mindset with the ability to connect dots across diverse business domains.
  • Comfort with project ownership, managing end-to-end automation/analytics initiatives.
  • Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and documentation skills.
