We are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Management professional to drive strategic transformation and enable organisations to thrive in a rapidly changing landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders as required, fostering partnerships and building trust
  • Lead large-scale transformations involving digital, process, or cultural changes, driving innovation and growth

Certifications such as PROSCI or equivalent are highly valued. Candidates must be prepared for occasional travel and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills. A minimum of 3-6 years of relevant experience is necessary.
