Job Role:

  • Execute international projects in the US, Middle East, UK, and other developed countries.
  • Oversee end-to-end project design and delivery for roadway tasks, including preparation and finalization of drawings at various stages.
  • Understand existing condition reports and surveys, and prepare design reports with computations of quantities.
  • Promote a safe working environment and manage team performance, identifying and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with other design disciplines to ensure integrated designs or solutions.
  • Provide technical advice to support team members' delivery and professional growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: B.Tech/B.E. Civil or Post Graduation M Tech Water resource/ Environment or Civil . Minimum 8+ years of experience in a Design Consulting Environment.
  • Deliver three major projects as a lead in the US region.
  • Strong understanding of DMRB and SuDS codes Achieved/ Started the Chartered or Incorporated Engineer professional status, or equivalent.
  • Proficient in software like Storm CADD, Civil Storm, Civil 3D, Open Roads (Drainage) , AutoCAD or MicroStation, Infra-works and Navisworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical report writing.
  • Project Management experience is required, with organized and proactive traits.
