Senior Highway Engineer

This is a highly skilled role that requires strong technical expertise in masterplan engineering, linear infrastructure, highway engineering, and dry utilities. As a Senior Highway Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality designs for multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Delivery: Prepare and deliver accurate, detailed engineering designs, including drawings, technical reports, specifications, and schedules.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with professionals across various disciplines to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Mentorship and Development: Assist Project Lead/Discipline Lead and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Identify opportunities to expand the team's expertise and bring new skills to enhance our capabilities.
  • Sustainability Principles: Apply sustainability principles to infrastructure engineering solutions to create environmentally friendly and efficient systems.
  • Masterplan Engineering: Contribute to masterplan engineering, including linear infrastructure, highway engineering, and dry utilities.
  • Client Engagement: Support client engagement with clear communication and presentation of solutions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree in Highway or Linear Infrastructure from a reputed institute.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in infrastructure and highway engineering.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical expertise in masterplan engineering, linear infrastructure, highway engineering, and dry utilities.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Civil 3D, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Digital Twin, and automation tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Sustainability Awareness: Awareness and application of sustainability principles in infrastructure projects.
  • Location Advantage: Experience working in the Middle East and/or UK will be an advantage.
