Job Title:

Audit Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned audit professional to lead our team of auditors. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and supervising external audit engagements for various clients.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and supervise the execution of external audit engagements of various clients, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
  2. Lead large-scale multi-location assignments, coordinating with teams across different locations to ensure seamless execution.
  3. Aid in business development by identifying opportunities to expand our client portfolio and contributing to the growth of existing clients.
  4. Prioritize multiple assignments, manage ambiguity, and maintain effective communication with clients and team members.
  5. Understand and adhere to Firm's Quality and Risk Management procedures, leading by example and promoting a culture of excellence within the team.
  6. Supervise and motivate a team of Managers, Assistant Managers, Executives, and Audit Assistants, fostering a collaborative environment that drives high-quality work and career growth.
  7. Support the career development of team members and collaborate with other managers to optimize the deployment of audit staff.
  8. Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with clients, adapting to changing environments and exceeding client expectations.
  9. Meet challenging client requirements, providing exceptional service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing audit engagements, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of audit methodologies, processes, and standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Able to travel as required.
