Job Opportunity: Front Desk Manager

  • Assume key responsibility for managing front desk operations and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate the processing of calls, emails, and visitor arrivals with care.
  • Maintain office supplies, inventory, and facilities in order.
  • Plan appointments, schedules, and events efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Direct phone calls to relevant personnel promptly.
  2. Keep accurate records of daily admin tasks, including canteen, housekeeping, and security procedures.
  3. Prepare data related to HR and Admin functions, such as overtime and canteen details effectively.
  4. Perform various administrative tasks as required, including document scanning, printing, and filing correctly.
  5. Arrange meetings, activities, and schedules for visitors and staff with ease.
  6. Manage front office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely restocking and maintenance is performed.
  7. Coordinate guest management, including welcoming visitors and arranging refreshments professionally.
  8. Oversee pantry management, maintaining stock levels of essential items and crockery accurately.
  9. Manage courier services, processing daily entries, distributing packages, and resolving issues efficiently.
  10. Maintain the library register, issuing books, and sending reminders for overdue returns punctually.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in administration, reception, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills (speaking and writing) are mandatory.
