Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a Front Office Role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk, maintaining and improving operational policies, systems, and processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations at the front desk, including check-ins/outs, billing, answering phone calls, emails, and responding to inquiries.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient front desk functions, identifying and rectifying any errors or lapses in real-time.
  • Administer front office functions on a daily basis, implementing continuous improvement strategies.
  • Perform duty as needed in case of absence or peak workload.
  • Monitor and oversee all guest services on a daily basis, ensuring excellent customer experience.
  • Identify critical guests, VIP arrivals, and meet & greet as necessary.
  • Provide accurate information to guests regarding short-term and long-term stays.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to write professional emails and draft documents.
  • Hospitality attitude and aptitude, customer-centric, effective in communication.
  • Thorough organization and supervisory skills, with natural team player abilities.
  • Ability to handle disputes and grievances calmly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Hotel Management preferred.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience working in a similar role in 4/5-star hotels.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
