Oracle Technical Support Analyst

The Oracle Technical Support Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of business operations. Strong Oracle EBS support experience is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve day-to-day tickets and user issues to facilitate business continuity.
  • Maintain and test data information systems, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Develop efficient methods to reuse existing components, enhancing overall productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine business requirements and develop supporting knowledge architecture.
  • Design, execute, assess, and troubleshoot software programs and applications.

This position requires strong team skills, credibility with business users, stakeholders, and the ability to work with other IT team members to ensure solid cross-functional decisions are made by the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Four (4) year degree or equivalent experience
  • Total Experience range between 3 to 8 years
  • At least 3 to 5 years Techno Functional experience in using Oracle eBusiness applications
  • Strong understanding in Oracle Procure to Pay process and experience in Supporting for the following modules: Purchasing, Procurement, Sourcing, iSupplier, Inventory and Order Management
  • L1 Technical Support experience with CEMLI and experience with Oracle EBS Application
