Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and General AI (Gen AI) applications.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in traditional machine learning and deep neural networks, with expertise in leveraging Azure AI services to build and deploy AI/Gen AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of LLM models and Gen AI applications.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of LLMs, vector databases, and embedding techniques.
  • Evaluate and implement different embedding models and chunking strategies.
  • Design and implement agentic AI systems that can autonomously perform tasks, make decisions, and interact with other systems or users effectively.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient data collection, preprocessing, and management for AI applications.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices in Gen AI development.

Requirements:

  • Total Experience: 13-15 years; Gen AI Experience: 5+ years.
  • Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology.
