Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our AI practice, driving innovation and growth. The Practice Manager will be responsible for defining and executing the vision, roadmap, and strategy for our AI practice, ensuring seamless alignment with broader digital transformation goals.

This includes building and scaling high-performing teams of AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and consultants, as well as developing service offerings in AI/ML, GenAI, data analytics, and intelligent automation. Additionally, they will establish delivery methodologies, reusable assets, and quality frameworks to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant AI solutions tailored to client needs.

The Practice Manager will oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, from ideation to deployment, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction across engagements. They will also stay ahead of emerging AI trends, integrating them into practice offerings while promoting ethical AI principles, including transparency, fairness, and accountability.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in AI/ML and data science
  • 3+ years in a leadership role managing AI teams or practices
  • Proven success in building and scaling consulting practices
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLP, GenAI, and MLOps
  • Domain knowledge in BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing is a plus
