Technical Support Specialist

Fiserv seeks a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Client Services group, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Investigate and resolve technical issues related to our applications and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to support client support
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
- Strong knowledge of ITIL and technical support principles
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Fiserv products and services
- Knowledge of Splunk, Dynatrace, and ControlM
- Qualification in Information Technology or Computer Science
