Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will represent the Production Support organization on company-wide project teams. You will monitor process and software changes that impact production support, communicate project information to the production support staff, and raise production support issues to the project team.

Your primary responsibilities include prioritizing workload, providing timely and accurate resolutions, performing production support activities such as issue assignment and analysis, and providing daily support with resolution of escalated tickets.

You will act as a liaison to business and technical leads to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner. Your analytical thinking skills and experience in problem-solving techniques will be essential in this role.

Key tasks include investigating and reporting on issues and potential risk events within designs and solutions. To succeed in this position, you must possess excellent communication skills, be able to influence using coherent fact-based proposals, and have a keen understanding of Agile Jira Scrum methodologies.

Additional requirements include good knowledge of technologies like Oracle, HTML, Java, Jira, and Appway. Familiarity with banking and financial domains is also crucial for success in this role.
