As a key player in shaping the future of our organisation, you will be instrumental in driving strategic growth and building a strong brand presence.
The role of Co-Founder at Saffr'n requires an individual with a proven track record of driving business development and raising funds. You will work closely with the founding team to develop and implement strategies that align with the company's vision.
This is a full-time opportunity for a dynamic professional who can contribute significantly to the growth and success of our organisation. Prior experience in performance marketing, particularly in the beauty/skin care industry, is highly valued.
Strategic thinking, leadership skills, and the ability to scale a business are essential qualities required for this position. Experience as a dermatologist or having a medical background would also be advantageous.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. A hybrid work arrangement, allowing for flexibility between office and remote work, will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new funding opportunities to support the company's growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with the founding team to define and achieve organisational goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and suppliers.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in business development and fund raising.
- Experience in performance marketing, preferably in the beauty/skin care industry.
- Strategic thinking and leadership skills.
- Ability to scale a business.
- Medical background or experience as a dermatologist (advantageous).
