As a key player in the world of digital marketing, you will be responsible for managing resources and client relationships effectively.

The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge in various search and social platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, Twitter, and Instagram. They should be able to communicate well, work methodically as part of the team, and inspire target audiences through their campaigns.

A successful candidate will ensure optimal resource utilization, keep stakeholders updated, and drive team adherence to internal and external tools and processes. They will also motivate the team through regular touch points and engagement activities, demonstrate strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills, and show a sense of ownership in team/client management, performance monitoring, and reviews.

To succeed in this role, you will need to stay up-to-date with industry news and developments, analyze trends, and adopt new best practices on an ongoing basis. You will also drive new tests, analyze performance, and provide insights on how performance could be improved.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on online marketing tools and best practice
  • 1 year -5 years of experience in Paid Social ads specifically
  • Experience in end to end campaign management, reach and frequency campaigns
  • Team & Client management skills
  • Subject-matter-expert for Search
  • Effective time-management skills
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel, Word and Power Point skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of different digital marketing channels is a plus
