Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced People Partner Director to join our team at the McDonald's Capability Center in Hyderabad, India. This role will report directly to the Vice President, Center HR and will be part of the Center HR Business Partner team.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in roles similar to HR Generalist/Talent Management/Organizational Effectiveness/HR Business Partner. They should have experience in leading cross-functional teams to execute people strategies, with a strong background in talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, with a high degree of autonomy, to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business results. They should be comfortable working with and presenting to executives, with exceptional communication skills and the ability to adapt their approach to meet the needs of various audiences.
A Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is required, with an advanced degree preferred. Experience with supporting a globally dispersed workforce and familiarity with employee relations and legal investigations in the US is highly desirable.
