About the Role

As a seasoned Technical Lead, you will spearhead our development team, leveraging your expertise in technical leadership and software architecture to drive innovation and growth.

The successful candidate will oversee the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring seamless integration of architecture, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

You will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project roadmaps, guaranteeing alignment with business objectives.

We are looking for an exceptional individual who can ensure adherence to coding standards and quality assurance processes, driving continuous improvement and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor software developers on .NET technologies.
  • Oversight of SDLC including architecture, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project roadmaps.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards and quality assurance processes.
  • Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies and recommending improvements in architecture and processes.
  • Provide hands-on guidance in .NET, C#, and .NET Framework to solve complex development challenges.
  • Manage resource allocation, project timelines, and deliverables while ensuring high performance and productivity.
  • Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and support professional growth of team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

8–12 years of software development experience with expertise in .NET, C#, and .NET Framework.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a technical leadership/managerial role.

Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and application frameworks.

Experience with databases and integration with .NET applications.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with .NET Core and modern frameworks.

Exposure to front-end technologies.

Project management experience with Agile methodologies.
