Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer/Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java and Spring Boot, as well as excellent communication skills.

About the Role

The Senior Developer/Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the development of complex software applications using Java and Spring Boot. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-10 years of experience in application design, development, testing, and maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of Java technologies, including Core Java, Spring Boot, NodeJS, MySQL database, and Postgress database
  • JLPT N3 or N2 certified, fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in Japanese
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
