Senior Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Leader. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application development and maintenance, with 4+ years of experience in managing complex systems.

The selected individual will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth project execution, and mentoring junior team members. Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead development and maintenance of enterprise applications
  • Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Mentor and train junior team members
  • Coordinate with on-site project teams and stakeholders as needed

Required Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Quick learning and adaptability
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative development cycles

Primary Interactions:

  • Review improvements with Product Manager and AVP
  • Assessment meetings with VP and above for additional product features
  • Training and mentoring junior team members

External Interactions:

  • Communication with onshore stakeholders, executive team members, and clients
