Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven project sales professional to lead project sales operations across multiple regions.
This leadership role will manage a team of professionals and oversee sales in sectors such as infrastructure, construction, and government projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in b2b/project sales and a proven track record in managing large client accounts and leading high-performing teams.
The selected individual will drive sales strategy and execution, develop regional strategies for project acquisition and customer engagement, and analyze the customer funnel to derive insights for improving acquisition, retention, and conversion.
Key responsibilities include identifying and onboarding high-value projects, building long-term relationships with key accounts, and customizing solutions and pricing based on client needs and market dynamics.
As a leader, this person will train, mentor, and monitor a team of professionals to achieve performance targets, conduct regular reviews, and enable capability development.
The successful candidate will also coordinate with various teams for seamless order execution, monitor end-to-end project delivery, and implement process improvements to reduce turnaround times and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and requirements include a graduate degree in engineering or a related field, a minimum of 12-15 years of experience in b2b project sales, and a proven track record in handling large teams and delivering high-value project closures.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, as well as an analytical mindset and high execution drive.
